PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Scott Martin, PE, LEED AP
President, ACEC Florida
Scott Martin is a Principal, national Design-Build Market Lead, and Project Director for Walter P Moore. He resides in Tampa and focuses on leading structural consulting services for significant alternate delivery projects including design-build and IPD.
In addition to project work, Scott takes pride in mentoring others both within his firm and in the industry. In addition to serving as President of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida, he was President of the Florida Structural Engineers Association in 2013. His goal with both organizations is to elevate and unify the engineering profession by collaboratively finding new ways for all to be successful.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
