ACEC Florida proudly partners with the American Council of Engineering Companies, which is the voice of the engineering industry in Washington, DC. As a federation representing Florida engineering companies, ACEC Florida connects with ACEC to help strengthen the business environment for members firms through government advocacy, political action and business education.

ACEC Florida is proud to partner with the Florida Engineering Society. FES promotes and defends the professional interests of individual engineers in Florida. They support engineering education and licensure, and promote the ethical and competent practice of engineering. Additionally, FES enhances the image and well-being of Florida engineers, while also advancing the general understanding of the importance of the profession.

ACEC Florida is proud to support the efforts of the Florida Engineering Foundation (FEF). FEF promotes and enhances engineering education in the Sunshine State to better help position Florida as a technological leader in the global economy. FEF provides college scholarships, supports MATHCOUNTS®, provides STEM grants for K-12 programs, supports student chapter programs at Florida public universities and colleges, teams up with ASCE to support their Engineering Encounters Bridge Design contest, supports the ACE Mentoring program, Student Astronaut Challenge, First Robotics competition and Inspire program.

With almost 44,000 Professional Engineers licensed in the state, the Florida Board of Professional Engineers (FBPE) is committed to protecting the interest of public health and safety by properly regulating the practice of engineering.
